Royal Nova Arena Steady Privacy Policy

Who holds your data

The controller for personal data processed through royalnovaarenasteady.com is the operator of royalnovaarenasteady.com. Contact: [email protected].

The contents of your account

Item	Why	Retention
Nickname	Showing your name in the games	For as long as the account exists
Email address	Recognising your account when you return to log in	For as long as the account exists
Password hash	Letting you sign in while we never keep the password itself	For as long as the account exists
Sign-up date	Handling support requests and misuse	For as long as the account exists

Nothing else is held. Your real name, address, date of birth, phone number and payment details are never requested, since nothing on the site costs money. Passwords are kept solely as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (providing the account you requested). Once you delete your account, all of this is removed at once; the button to do so sits on your account page.

Saved in your browser only

Item	Purpose	Retention
Your coin balance, level, missions and game settings	Picking up where you left off	Until your browser data is cleared
Age confirmation	Not repeating the question on each page	Until your browser data is cleared
Cookie choice	Storing your consent choice	Until your browser data is cleared

All of this remains on your own device; none of it is sent to us.

Google tags, used only if you consent

Choose “Accept all” and we use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure visits and whether our adverts lead to play, such as a first spin taking place. In that case Google is sent your IP address, your device information and those events. Choose “Essential only” and the tags run in consent mode with no cookies and no advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

Server log files

For security, our host holds ordinary request logs for a brief period. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Things we leave alone

Payment data is never collected, as nothing is for sale.
Marketing emails only if you ask for them.
Your data is never sold or rented to anyone.
Nothing shared with gambling operators, and not one gambling affiliate link.

What you can ask of us

At any time you may access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent. Deleting your account on the account page wipes the account data at once, and clearing this site’s data in your browser takes care of everything else. Complaints can go to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
