Midway terms of use

1. Who runs the midway

These terms govern your use of royalnovaarenasteady.com ("Royal Nova Arena Steady", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of royalnovaarenasteady.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may pass the gate

Only users aged 18 or over may use Royal Nova Arena Steady, and using it is your confirmation that you are 18 or over.

3. Midway coins

• All play uses virtual coins, provided at no charge.
• Coins carry no monetary value; they are not money, not credit and not property.
• No coin may be purchased, sold, withdrawn or transferred, nor exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases are not offered.
• We offer no prize that has real-world value.
• Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset by us whenever we choose.

4. Real-money gambling is not offered

Royal Nova Arena Steady neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and it contains no links to gambling operators.

5. Keeping an account

• Playing requires a free account. Each person may hold one account only, and it must not be shared.
• Your password is for you alone. If anyone else has used your account, let us know straight away.
• Your account page lets you delete your account whenever you wish. Deletion takes effect immediately and is irreversible.
• An account may be suspended by us if it is used to disrupt the site or if we believe its holder is under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions are attached to the account and are not your property; they may be reset.

6. Rules of the fairground

You must not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools against it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 18 to use it.

7. Liability and keeping the site running

We provide the site on an “as is” basis and may alter or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law prevents from being limited, and they leave your statutory rights untouched.

8. Applicable law

The law of England and Wales governs these terms.
